The District of Columbia, through the District of Columbia Housing Authority, has received $11.7 million for tenant-based rental assistance through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. The District anticipates this federal funding will provide permanent supportive housing (PSH) vouchers for up to 707 single adults and families who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. This exciting program will fund permanent federal vouchers and accompanying case management.
Please complete this form to submit your housing unit for consideration by our single adults and families in receipt of an Emergency Housing Voucher (permanent supportive housing voucher with case management). Upon approval, your unit will immediately be shared with our EHV program service provider/case managers to share directly with their clients.
Please note that your unit will be posted for 14 days. In the event your unit is not rented 14 days after submission, you will be provided the opportunity to extend your posting by responding to our automated expiration email.
Thank you for your partnership and interest in working together. Together, we will end homelessness in the District of Columbia.
